Does the Personal Paleo Code Program include or require blood tests or lab work?

The Personal Paleo Code will teach you a systematic approach for discovering what works – and doesn’t work – for your body.  The only proven way to do this is by methodically eliminating and then reintroducing foods to your diet.  Other programs that promise a customized diet based on your “genetic code” or blood test results aren’t credible because they’re not based on legitimate scientific evidence.

No blood testing is required or suggested for this program. There’s no questionnaire or magic calculator that will tell you exactly what to eat.  You have to do the work yourself.  But if you follow this program to the end, you’ll know from direct experience what your own optimal diet is.  And don’t worry – you’ll have plenty of support along the way in the form of reference guides, workbooks, and tracking tools.

I have a specific health condition, disease, or chronic illness. Will the Paleo Code cure my illness?

The Personal Paleo Code doesn’t substitute for being under the care of a qualified medical professional.  If you have serious health problems, optimizing your diet is the first and often most important step toward resolving them.  That’s what the PPC is designed to do.  It does not, however, cover lab testing, diagnostic procedures or other non-nutritional treatments for specific medical conditions.

How long before I start to see results?

It takes a minimum of 90 days to truly personalize your diet.  If you’re like most people, you’ll start seeing benefits right away – often within the first week of getting started.  However, to move through all 3 phases of the program requires more time.  If you don’t give it at least 3 months before determining whether it will work for you, you’re shortchanging yourself.

How quickly should I move through the 3 steps?

People have different approaches to making changes.  Some prefer to dive right in without much preparation at all.  Others like to take their time to prepare and get acclimated before going full throttle.  There’s no right or wrong way to do it, and both approaches can be successful.  It’s more a matter of personality and preference than anything else.

Will It be hard to keep up with your program?

I suggest you purchase the program (at no risk) to evaluate it and decide whether you can commit to the process for at least 90 days – even if you’re not ready to begin immediately.  If after a few months you decide that you aren’t ready to make this commitment to your own health, you’ll still have plenty of time to return the program for a full refund.
